Mr. Iverson was my homeroom teacher. Even though he seemed quiet and alittle bit stern, he was perfect for us teenagers who were loud and whose emotions went up and down. He showed that he really cared about each one of us. He was also my driver's ed teacher. I still remember him getting very upset when I swerved for a squirrel. He said, "I know you were trying to be kind to the squirrel, but remember your life, your passengers lives, and the lives of the others on the street are more important!!" A lesson that I still remember, as I drive the country roads here in Tennessee. Rest in peace, Mr. Iverson!!!
