Steve was my best friend in HS. He lived a half a block away and I spent many summer days at his house messing around, playing ball or hanging out at the airport. We both went into the military and pretty much lost track of each other. I remember seeing a picture of Steve and his wife Carol but not sure where that is now. I have thought about him often and occasionally searched the web to see if I could find where he lived in order to make contact again. DOD 1980 was a real shocker for me. Gone but not forgotten.
