I was so sorry to hear about Ross' passing. He was a quiet, really good guy. I have a small oil painting he did in college in my living room. It will continue to be a reminder of Ross for me.
Ross was an amazing and highly talented guy. As Tom said, he was an artist but did much more. He was in the Peace Corps in Micronesia, went to Clown College in Florida and was a clown in a travelling circus (I saw him once in a show in Virginia, and he tried uncessfully to teach me how to ride a unicycle), and eventually worked at the Minnesota Zoo with the animals. I did keep contact with him over the years and his memory will be with me always.
I did not know Ross personally, but to the family I wish you joy, peace and comfort in the day's ahead. It always saddens the Class of 1961 when one of our members passes on, especially at this time of year. He had an interesting life from what others have said. Blessings to each of you. Jan Butler
