Very sorry to hear about Gene. I knew him back in HS and hung out with him few times with friends and some after HS. I am sure he will be missed by family and close friends. Yes, I known he loved his cars but did not know after reading his obituary this morning and did not know that he played golf. Well he is in better place now and pray for his family at this time. You have my condolences. Chuck Ramberg
A good friend has been lost but never forgoten .Gene and I were friends in high school, double dated from time to time. As so often hapens we lose track of each other after graduation. We ran into each other several years ago and discoverd our love for golf and cigars. we started to golf together and before long were golfing once or twice a week. Gene was very generous and had us out to his man cave every Friday and sometimes on Saturday To play on his simulator unless he and Marge were traveling. Old stories golf and cigars were the order of the day. RIP my friend.
