BEVERLY (B J) INDREHUS PETERSON

Lived in Minnesota first 32 yrs of my life, married my husband Gary in 1963 (also a Roosevelt Graduate). We had a daughter and a son. In 1975 we packed up our family and moved to Tampa, Florida and I became a realtor (doesn't everyone?). Bought 10 acres on the edge of Tampa and my daughter and I started training Hunter/Jumper TB horses. In 1988 when I got too old and too fat to handle the big horses any longer and my daughter was busy with her life so I decided to sell all but two of the standard size horses and buy, breed and sell American Miniature Horses. MY PASSION! (SEE: www.pepperridgeminis.com). I am now in semi-retirement and one of those crazy old ladies that rescues animals plus I am trying to travel as much as I can. Daughter Carrie, unmarried, is a professional photographer and son Robert, unmarried, is an Attorney. Husband Gary of 46 yrs is also semi-retired and loves to ride his motorcycle with his "gang" LOL, on Saturday mornings. Love my husband, love my kids and love my farm! Life is good!!!!

While dating my husband Gary, who graduated 2 yrs before me from Roosevelt, I would borrow his car a 1957 Mercury Turnpike Cruiser (lowered, skirts, 400 horsepower WOW, the whole enchilada) pick up my friend Linda Eggan and take her to school. During lunch hour Linda and I would go out and sit in the car listen to music, smoke and drink Cokes. LOVED THAT CAR and my boyfriend too!
