I remember Fred as a remarkable athelete and role model at Roosevelt.  He was a quiet and unassuming individual.  My sympathy to his family and all of those who crossed the path of this gentle soul.

My deepest sympathy to Fred's family.  I remember Fred as friendly, but quiet.  He was a really good athlete, but didn't let that go to his head.  Whenever help was needed, he was there to give it.  Rest in peace, Fred.

Our class of 61 was mostly white students.  I thought Fred and his sister Daisey were gifts to Roosevelt.  I didn’t cross paths with Daisey, but Fred was a wonderful person and a very good athlete.  I appreciate what they added to Roosevelt.

Fred Warn was a quiet, giant man even in high school.  I looked up to him with admiration.

Fred and I were "home room buddies" and friends.  Seated next to each other gave us the time to  discuss  basketball, football and other RHS events.  He was a special contributor to our class and a leader who was involved in a kind, quiet, gentle way. We were indeed fortunate to have him at RHS.  My sincere condolences to his family.   Rest in Peace

So sorry to hear our class has lost another great guy!  Remember Fred as others mention as quiet and really a nice guy!  Remember he was our Winter celebration King!  Blessings and healing to his family and close friends.  Loss is hard!

I too was very saddend learning about Fred's passing.  We were good friends while at Rosevelt and had many great talks.  I admired him greatly and loved watching him play basketball.  Truly a great athlete!  My  condolences and prayers to  his family on their loss and to all of in the Roosevelt 61 class.  Maggie McMahon Skaff.
