I am blessed to be happy and healthy and have had a wonderful life. My children are all good-hearted and have joyful families and careers. My own career was in directing technical research. I retired ten years ago when my wife became ill with cancer. She passed on two years later. Since then I have created a meaningful life, spending my time on research, writing, artwork, and trying to add a bit of happiness to the lives of others. I live by myself in a friendly condo near Lake of the Isles and have a lake cottage in Alexandria. I wake up happy every morning.
